Lead Time: Highpoint requests a 14 day lead time on all orders.

All invoices are due and payable according to the terms granted.

Past due accounts may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Applicant agrees to pay all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs incurred in enforcing payment.

Credit terms may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Returns require written authorization. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

Guarantees: Highpoint will replace or credit any expired products or products that lose their airtight seal for retailers actively participating in the Highpoint Partner Analytics Program. (To qualify, products must be stored under standard conditions and reported within 30 days of discovery. Highpoint reserves the right to verify product condition and may request proof of purchase or photos prior to issuing credit.)

Partner Analytics Program: Highpoint may use aggregated or anonymized data (which does not identify any specific retailer or company) for general business insights, marketing materials, or presentations shared with other organizations. Individual company names, sales figures, or identifying information will never be disclosed without prior written consent.
